In the busyness of life, it’s easy to push aside your emotions. But after some time, your stress, anxieties and worries become overwhelming and you are faced with the negative impact. These emotions are akin to a pile of dirty laundry. It needs to be dealt with and sorted. I am here to help you and work with you at your pace.
I practice psychotherapy with an evidence-based approach, primarily using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work with couples and individuals, helping clients gain self-awareness and emotional regulation such as anxiety, anger and depression.
I also help build interpersonal skills such as communication and conflict resolution and reconnect relationships within their lives and themselves. Through a lens of hope and compassion, I believe in people’s ability to grow.
During my downtime, I enjoy various physical activities such as rock-climbing, volleyball, hiking, yoga, and working out!

Sometimes our thoughts can be suffocating, like being stuck alone in a room, breathing in the same air over and over again. We hear our thoughts on loop:
“I should be stronger.”
“Why am I so overwhelmed by this?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
We lose perspective and we want relief.
What we need is to see the window in that room that can supply fresh air for us to breathe. Maybe it’s to open the window, or perhaps it’s finding the energy to step outside and feel the warm sunlight and gentle breeze. Taking the next step isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to do this together at your pace.
As a registered social worker, my practice involves individual counselling to youth and adults by utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), and SFT (Solution Focused Therapy). Together we can discover your capacities, learn how to manage your “room”, and reorient your perspective to get back up and running.
On my off time with nice weather, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors by going on runs, taking a hike, or fumbling over any sport others are playing. Otherwise it’s all about relaxing and laughing with friends!

With a unique blend of expertise as a registered dietitian and acupuncturist, my goal is to empower my clients on their path to optimal health by combining modern nutritional science with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Your journey to health is a collaborative effort, and I’m committed to supporting you at every step. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan blending the strengths of both Western and Eastern approaches for holistic well-being.
In my downtime, you may find me skating with my kids, trying out new recipes, or playing pickleball with my family.
