I practice psychotherapy with an evidence-based approach, primarily using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work with couples and individuals, helping clients gain self-awareness and emotional regulation such as anxiety, anger and depression.
I also help build interpersonal skills such as communication and conflict resolution and reconnect relationships within their lives and themselves. Through a lens of hope and compassion, I believe in people’s ability to grow.
During my downtime, I enjoy various physical activities such as rock-climbing, volleyball, hiking, yoga, and working out!

In addition, he has taught physiotherapy students from McMaster , Queen’s, and University of Toronto. He is currently completing his Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy (DScPT) from Andrews University, Michigan, U.S.A.
Andy has been treating many elite athletes nationally and internationally, including Olympic gymnasts and thousands who suffer from various pains and injuries. He would be honored to serve you.
